Responsibilities

• Direct and manage ongoing construction projects in alignment with company goals.
• Ensure all team members are following industry standards and guidelines.
• Establish and maintain communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Facilitate problem-solving meetings with project teams as needed.
• Review project plans to identify potential obstacles and propose solutions.
• Conduct performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback.
• Work with procurement to source the best materials within budget.
• Comply with environmental requirements and sustainability practices.
• Ensure effective waste management on construction sites.
• Report progress and challenges to senior management regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Masters in Construction Management preferred

Experience

• 10+ years in a similar role managing construction teams
