Responsibilities
Coordinate property viewings and handle client inquiries.
Prepare and oversee lease agreements and contracts.
Manage rental payments, including arrears.
Ensure high level of property maintenance and repairs.
Perform general administrative duties related to property management.
Compile performance reports for stakeholders.
Participate in stakeholder management initiatives.
Oversee property documentation and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
Professional certification preferred

6+ years' experience in property management or related field
