Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Estate Administrator to manage the administrative aspects of estate management. Your role will involve budgeting, legal compliance, and ensuring high standards in property maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property viewings and handle client inquiries.
  • Prepare and oversee lease agreements and contracts.
  • Manage rental payments, including arrears.
  • Ensure high level of property maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to property management.
  • Compile performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Participate in stakeholder management initiatives.
  • Oversee property documentation and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Professional certification preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years' experience in property management or related field
