Job Description

Join us as a Construction Site Manager and play a key role in our projects in Cape Town. You will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, addressing challenges, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site meetings and provide updates on project status.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with scopes of work.
  • Implement solutions to site challenges as they arise.
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure standards are met.
  • Compile and submit necessary reports to management.
  • Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with other site managers to ensure overall project success.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of extensive site management experience
