As an Occupational Therapist in our Durban facility, you will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement therapeutic activities aimed at improving their daily living skills.
Responsibilities
Assess patients and identify their potential for rehabilitation.
Create bespoke therapy plans focused on enhancing patients' autonomy.
Facilitate group therapy sessions for skill development and social interaction.
Maintain patient records and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Research and implement new therapeutic techniques and interventions.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and improvement strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Specialization in pediatrics or geriatrics is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
