Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Our team is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer based in Johannesburg to work on a variety of projects. You will leverage your analytical skills to solve engineering challenges and work on the development of new systems and improvements of existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance mechanical systems and equipment.
• Analyze stress and performance in engineering projects.
• Lead the development of technical drawings and schematics.
• Conduct mechanical tests and interpret results.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material specifications.
• Facilitate design reviews and collective solution-building.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive or aerospace industries
