Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will apply your engineering expertise to create and improve complex mechanical systems. We expect you to work closely with our design and production teams to ensure project milestones are met and specifications are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and discussions on mechanical system improvements.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for material sourcing.
• Prepare project estimates and budgets.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
• Develop prototypes and oversee testing phases.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
