Job Description

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, working closely with data scientists and other engineers to enhance our AI solutions. You will be instrumental in driving innovative projects and contributing to the future of technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI solutions and tools.
• Supervise data collection and preprocessing for machine learning models.
• Work alongside product designers and users to understand requirements and user needs.
• Contribute to innovation and strategy meetings to discuss potential projects and methodologies.
• Publish research findings in relevant journals and conferences as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development
