We are seeking a meticulous Auditor to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial records and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role requires attention to detail and a knack for uncovering inaccuracies.

Responsibilities

• Review financial records for inconsistencies and errors.
• Develop and test auditing processes to improve efficiency.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Support the finance team in implementing audit suggestions.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Honors degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in auditing environment

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (SAGE, SAP)
• Excel

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certificate in Internal Audit (CIA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
