Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and support to clients facing a range of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in diverse therapeutic modalities and a genuine commitment to client welfare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments for new clients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual clients.
• Evaluate client's emotional and psychological needs regularly.
• Document treatment notes and client progress accurately.
• Lead workshops on coping strategies and resilience.
• Collaborate on treatment plans with other mental health professionals.
• Participate in case discussions and supervision sessions.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health resources.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
• Additional certification in specific therapeutic methods is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
