Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Self-Enrichment Teacher to help students develop their riding skills in a fun and safe environment. As part of our dedicated team, you'll be responsible for facilitating personalized lessons for riders of all abilities, focusing on their individual growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Provide feedback and guidance to enhance riding techniques and safety protocols.
• Facilitate group activities and events to encourage camaraderie among riders.
• Stay updated on equestrian trends and best practices.
• Promote and engage in community outreach activities related to equestrian sports.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal certification as a Riding Instructor from an accredited institution

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Riding Instructor.

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Passion for equestrian sports

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in horse management: Knowledge in caring for different horse breeds and understanding their needs.
• Participating in horse competitions: Experience in preparing horses and students for competitions.
