Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Building Inspector to ensure that construction projects comply with safety codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building standards and a keen eye for detail. As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and providing expert recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Examine buildings for structural integrity and safety.

• Assist in the development of safety inspection policies.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule inspections.
• Respond to public inquiries regarding building safety concerns.
• Generate reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

• Monitor construction timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Certification in Building Inspection is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of Environmental Regulations
