Compliance Officer

Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will conduct driving tests and evaluations to ensure that individuals meet the required standards for safe driving. Your role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the licensing process and promoting road safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer theory tests to assess applicants' knowledge of road laws and regulations.
• Monitor applicants' adherence to traffic laws during tests.
• Collaborate with other compliance team members to improve overall testing effectiveness.
• Organize and participate in public awareness campaigns regarding road safety.
• Analyze driving behaviors and identify common areas of non-compliance.
• Contribute to reviews of testing procedures based on best practices.
• Assist in developing training materials for examiners.
• Engage with the community to promote safe driving practices.
• Ensure testing equipment and procedures are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Collect and analyze data to report on testing outcomes and compliance rates.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Training in traffic law enforcement is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in a related role.
