The Winder Fixer will be responsible for repairing and maintaining winding machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a skilled technician with experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed troubleshooting on machinery malfunctions.
Support the development of maintenance protocols and procedures.
Enhance machine performance through technical modifications.
Act as a liaison between the production and maintenance departments.
Regularly review and update maintenance records.
Ensure all work meets quality and regulatory standards.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
Assist in budget planning for the maintenance department.
Evaluate new technologies that could improve equipment performance.
