Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate has a flair for creativity and a passion for design. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to create visually compelling designs for various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts and workforce planning.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and implement improvement measures.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters to management.
  • Develop training programs in line with company needs.
  • Manage the performance review process.
  • Ensure that HR information systems are utilized effectively.
  • Facilitate succession planning and talent development activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coherent HR approach.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR Management
  • Master's degree is beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience in a corporate environment.
