Join our HR team in Johannesburg as an HR Generalist, where you will play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment to training and development, you will work closely with management to ensure a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both permanent and temporary positions.
• Provide guidance on employee performance management and disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to support executive decision-making.
• Facilitate team-building events and initiatives to promote a collaborative workplace.
• Update employee handbooks and ensure communication of HR policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve retention.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology
• Postgraduate degree in HR or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of hands-on HR experience
