We are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work on innovative design projects that require creativity and a strong technical background. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Utilize software tools to present design drafts and 3D renderings.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and expansions.
• Manage the project lifecycle from conception to completion.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are maintained throughout projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related area
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in urban design or architecture

Technical Skills

• Building Regulations

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Project Manager

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with local government on permits: Having knowledge of permitting processes in Cape Town.
