Job Description

Join our team as a Project Manager in Bloemfontein, where you will lead projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in project management and is skilled at coordinating teams and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee all project phases from planning to execution, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Engage and manage project stakeholders effectively, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Create and manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed timely.
  • Evaluate project performance against key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Document and share best practices for project management across the organization.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors as necessary.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project management roles
