Seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales initiatives in Johannesburg. This role involves strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns, analysing website performance, and ensuring an optimal shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our online marketing strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to track and enhance the customer journey.
• Work closely with the IT team to implement new e-commerce tools and technologies.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Implement user feedback to improve the shopping experience.
• Facilitate team meetings to align on e-commerce goals and performance.
• Conduct training for staff on e-commerce best practices.
• Manage budgets for e-commerce promotions and advertising.
• Create and manage product listings and promotions.
• Report on online sales performance and forecast future trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience in e-commerce
