Job Description

As a Reclamation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing reclamation projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a skilled team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless reclamation operations. Candidates should have a strong background in environmental restoration and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the reclamation process and ensure operations are running smoothly.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare reports on environmental impacts.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on project objectives.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop strategies for effective land reclamation based on latest practices.
  • Review and approve documentation related to project compliance and reporting.
  • Encourage team collaboration and innovation in reclamation techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in reclamation or environmental operations with supervisory experience.
