Job Description

We are on the lookout for a committed Fundraising Officer who will play a key role in our organization's fundraising endeavors. The ideal candidate will excel in developing campaigns and nurturing donor relationships to ensure our mission is funded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives.
• Research and identify new funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct donor outreach and engagement activities.
• Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress.
• Organize and manage fundraising events.
• Collaborate with finance to track donation income.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding fundraising goals.
• Ensure all fundraising materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• Engage with the community to promote the organization’s mission.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in fundraising or marketing

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
