Goodwill Representative

Job Description

As a Goodwill Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a positive image of our organization. You will engage with stakeholders, foster relationships, and facilitate goodwill initiatives that enhance our reputation in the community.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Oversee the organization's goodwill initiatives and develop strategies to increase community involvement.
• Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to generate support for various projects.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Participate in creating and promoting donor recognition programs.
• Evaluate the impact of goodwill initiatives and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective communication and alignment of goals.
• Research and implement best practices in community engagement.
• Assist in training volunteers for events and programs.

Requirements

Education

• Professional certifications in Public Relations or Marketing are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in the non-profit or social services sector is preferred.
