Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the highest standards of software quality. The successful candidate will perform manual and automated testing, identify issues, and work closely with development teams to enhance software performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts for new and existing features.
• Manage defect tracking and perform root cause analysis.
• Review project documentation to ensure requirements are met.
• Engage in hands-on testing during all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative environment between QA and development teams.
• Utilize performance testing tools to assess application scalability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance methodologies

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• Performance Testing Tools
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with continuous integration tools: Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Experience with test management tools: Familiarity with tools such as TestRail or QTest.
