The successful candidate will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process analysis and optimization techniques, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze production inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement new processes.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity.
• Support the development of new process technologies.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering or analysis
