Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations in Pretoria, ensuring a high level of service delivery and maintaining exceptional food quality. We want someone who is driven and ready to lead!

Responsibilities

  • Direct restaurant operations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor staff to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
  • Control stock levels through effective inventory management.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings to enhance team communication.
  • Develop promotional activities to attract new customers.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Management or Hospitality
  • Further training in restaurant operations is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar roles
