We are looking for a dynamic Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing remarkable customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests.
• Act as the primary contact for guest-related queries and issues.
• Update and maintain accurate guest records in our management system.
• Communicate with management regarding guest feedback and necessary improvements.
• Support the team in achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in front desk operations or guest services

Technical Skills

• Hotel Management Software
• POS Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
