UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative UX/UI Designer to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Implement user feedback in iterative design processes to refine and enhance products.
• Collaborate with product management to define product vision and user stories.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, collecting feedback for further iteration.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across multiple platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience

• Sketch

• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in designing for mobile applications: Familiarity with mobile-first design principles and responsive design.
