Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our users in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user management, ensuring smooth operations across our tech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related support.
• Manage user accounts and handle onboarding processes.
• Perform diagnostics on user issues and develop solutions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential IT risks.
• Participate in training sessions for end-users.
• Assist in developing support documentation and user guides.
• Ensure all support tickets are logged and tracked efficiently.
• Work closely with the IT department on system upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in IT support or systems management are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
