Job Description

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Paper Goods Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor paper machines while ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production team.
• Monitor production rates and adjust processes as necessary.
• Train junior operators on machine operation and safety practices.
• Evaluate and improve existing production processes.
• Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Further qualifications in engineering or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
