Responsibilities

• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
• Continuously evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field
• Certification in Agile methodologies is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience leading projects in a dynamic environment

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Tableau)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages
