Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Community Services Manager to oversee our social work initiatives in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community support, resource management, and program development, ensuring we effectively meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the implementation of social intervention programs that benefit the community.
  • Foster relationships with key community stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform program development and improvement.
  • Ensure all programs comply with national and local regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between community members and service providers.
  • Develop marketing materials to promote services and events.
  • Create a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement of programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Master's degree is highly desirable
