Responsibilities
Contact customers for overdue payments and negotiate settlement arrangements.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer communications.
Assist in resolving payment disputes in a professional manner.
Liaise with internal teams to foster customer satisfaction.
Monitor collection progress and suggest process improvements.
Provide regular updates to the collections manager on outstanding accounts.
Educate clients about payment policies and collection processes.
Participate in creating effective collection strategies.
