Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to promote open communication and team building.
  • Assist in recruitment and staff management to enhance team effectiveness.

  • Monitor compliance of hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality management are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the hospitality sector
