Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee various construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met, while collaborating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the site and manage staff.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Track and manage project budgets and expenditures.
• Provide training and supervision to junior staff and laborers.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors for project tasks.
• Report progress and issues to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., PMA, PMP) is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
