Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring skilled candidates to meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the job market and the ability to match candidates to roles effectively. You will play an integral part in the recruitment process, from identifying potential talent to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills and fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiations.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to analyse recruitment needs and understand job requirements.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and compliance with labour laws.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Professional Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role within a corporate environment
