Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist who will be integral in managing day-to-day HR operations in our Pretoria office. This role involves overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment efforts and employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and best practices.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and initiatives.
  • Administer benefits programs and address employee queries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide support in the preparation of employee engagement surveys.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
