Public Health Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Public Health Specialist to play a crucial role in designing and implementing public health programs that address community health needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epidemiology and health promotion, as well as excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of health policy and advocacy efforts.
• Evaluate and monitor public health programs for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate training and educational sessions for community health workers.
• Compile and analyze statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Develop health promotion materials and resources for community use.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or relevant health discipline
• Master's degree in Public Health preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in health promotion or community health
