Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately entering and managing data within our systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Input information from paper documents and electronic forms into the database.
  • Perform regular audits on data accuracy.
  • Produce and distribute data entry related reports.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding data and information in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with software and data entry methods.
  • Support process improvements in data management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to clarify data requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or office administration
