Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist and Information Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and ensuring effective communication within the office. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to maintaining our document management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and file documents according to company procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all document-related information.
  • Prepare and send correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of filing systems to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in training new employees on document management procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email promptly.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in administrative support is preferable
