Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operational workflow of the healthcare facility.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide necessary training.
  • Manage patient intake processes and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external health agencies and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate patient feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Organise departmental meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare materials for staff training and development.
  • Support the planning and execution of health programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • MBA with healthcare focus is advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare administration role
