We are searching for a dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction, supervising daily operations, and ensuring our hotel meets the highest service standards. Responsibilities

  • Direct daily hotel operations to ensure all departments run smoothly.
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and service excellence.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in financial reporting.
  • Implement guest service programs that anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for service quality and efficiency.
  • Handle staffing and scheduling to optimize workforce productivity.
  • Collaborate with management on business development and marketing plans.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and analyze guest feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local attractions and vendors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Hospitality
  • Advanced degrees are a plus

  • 5+ years in a managerial capacity within hospitality
