Join Event Solutions Ltd. as an Event Planner, where your creativity and organizational skills will be pivotal in delivering memorable events. You will coordinate all event logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure client expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the planning and execution of corporate and private events.
• Design and create unique event experiences tailored to client preferences.
• Coordinate all logistics including catering, decor, and seating arrangements.
• Work with vendors to ensure quality service and deliverables.
• Manage event timelines and workflows effectively.
• Keep detailed records and reports of event planning processes.
• Foster relationships with industry partners and sponsors.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance client events.
• Evaluate event outcomes and present findings to clients.
• Train and supervise junior team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
