Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Manager to oversee and enhance our guests' experiences in our vibrant hotel setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, leading a team of customer service professionals, and ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty.
  • Regularly review and refine guest services protocols.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on guest preferences.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of guest relations personnel.
  • Ensure effective resolution of conflicts, maintaining positive relations with guests.
  • Manage guest relations budget and forecast staffing needs.
  • Foster community relationships to enhance guest experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on guest satisfaction trends for management.
  • Maintain current knowledge of local attractions and services to better assist guests.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are upheld within the guest relations area.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional qualifications in hospitality management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
