Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our Cape Town team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for boosting hotel sales and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Your sales acumen will support our goal of maximising revenue and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Cultivate relationships with local businesses and event coordinators.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis.
  • Work with the hotel management team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients promptly.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all hotel services and amenities.
  • Train and support new sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to enhance hotel visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
