Job Description

We are looking for an Online Store Coordinator to oversee our e-commerce operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory, and customer interactions to enhance our online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of product catalogues for the online store.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline e-commerce operations.
  • Evaluate and implement new e-commerce platforms or tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Review and enhance customer service practices.
  • Report on inventory status and sales forecasting.
  • Make recommendations for website improvements.
  • Support the creation of digital marketing materials.
  • Monitor competitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced certificates in Digital Marketing or E-commerce are a plus.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in online retail management
