Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Retail Manager to oversee our Johannesburg branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales strategy and motivate the team to achieve store goals.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the store.
• Prepare and manage budgets, controlling expenditures and maximizing profitability.
• Enhance customer experience through tailored in-store promotions.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to improve positioning.
• Lead store meetings to communicate goals and updates effectively.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive further improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or similar

Experience

• 5+ years in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role

• Retail Analytics

• English: Fluent
