Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients in Durban. You will troubleshoot issues, assist customers, and ensure satisfaction with our IT products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to all clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Help develop training materials and documentation for new products.
  • Analyze support trends and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
