Job Description

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for organizing events from start to finish, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee events, ensuring they meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events effectively.
  • Guide and supervise event staff during events.
  • Create and implement event marketing strategies.
  • Manage the event day schedule and ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Evaluate and report on event outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Event Planning is a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing events.
