We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel in the heart of Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, managing staff, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and retention of hotel staff.
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain service excellence.

• Provide leadership and guidance to departmental managers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 7+ years in senior hotel management roles
