Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and follow-up patient consultations.
  • Perform restorative and cosmetic dental procedures.
  • Manage patient pain relief and provide anesthesia as required.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes and modify solutions as needed.
  • Assist in developing community oral health programs.
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Stay updated with advancements in dental technologies.
  • Connect with patients to build rapport and trust.
  • Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols.
  • Train junior staff and support their professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Dentistry
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Experience
  • 2+ years of dental practice experience
