Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept through to completion.
• Evaluate materials and processes for cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
• Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project progress.
• Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical failures and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to verify component compliance.
• Supervise testing of mechanical prototypes and provide reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in the engineering field with a focus on mechanical systems.
